Add a person and pick their role. For a loan officer, this one step sets up their login and makes them selectable as the assigned loan officer on loans. A one-time password is generated and emailed — they set their own on first login.

A processor sees a loan only when it is assigned to their account below — one primary processor per loan, plus any supporting processors the loan is shared with. Adding or removing a supporter never changes the primary. The Processor text on a loan is display and email routing only; it grants no access.

Loans created before assignments existed have no processor and are visible to admins and their loan officer only. Nothing below is applied until you pick an account and press Assign — no mapping is guessed for you.

Changes made through SC Pipeline and its CRM proxy. Uncertain — not confirmed means the app could not establish whether an outside change (CRM, OneDrive, email) took effect; it is never shown as confirmed without evidence. Changes made directly in HighLevel or OneDrive are not covered.
